Flood advice for residents

For the residents of Breedon-on-the-Hill in particular along Main Street and the junction of Worthington Lane.

Over the past couple of days, we have seen quite a large amount of rainfall and the levels in the brook running through the village have been fluctuating between the normal 0.200M depth to 0.700M depth on the 30th of September 2019 at around 8.00 pm.

Continued flood investigations

Continued flood investigations

The Flood Working Group continue to work with LCC and Highways England to help identify future mitigation options.

For more information and for future updates, please see the 'flood' page on the Parish Council website.

Currently there is a survey team in the village that are doing the works, on behalf of the County Council, in support of the flood modelling work.
